Computer Experiment Three

This is selective colour, I used photoshop to create this effect.

First, I selected all of the matches and then inversed it so it looked like this. This meant that everything but the matches was selected so any effects I put on the photograph wouldn't affect the matches.

Then I added the black and white filter, however as you can see there matches weren't selected so the filter didn't affect them and therefore they are still in colour.

I did this because I wanted to see if I could put more focus onto the matches in a different way. I don't think that this worked as well as the tilt-shift focus could've so this probably isn't my favourite.
